Our services include video editing, colour grading, motion graphics, thumbnail design, and other digital editing services.
These services are delivered digitally and do not include any physical products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy.
All personal information such as your name, email address, payment details, and submitted video files are kept strictly confidential.

We never sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties except:

  • When required for payment processing

  • When required by law

All video content submitted by customers is stored securely and used only for service delivery.

3. Refund Policy

Since our services are digital and time-based, refunds are available only under specific conditions:

Refunds may be provided if:

  • Work has not started on your project

  • The files provided by you are corrupt or unusable

  • We are unable to deliver the service due to internal issues

Refunds are not provided if:

  • Work has already started

  • You change your mind after delivery

  • You are dissatisfied without giving us the chance to revise

  • You fail to provide required files or information

Refunds, if approved, will be issued within 5–7 working days.

4. Revision Policy

We provide revisions depending on the plan selected.
Revisions are limited to improving the same project and cannot include new requirements.

Additional revisions may require extra charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the service only before we begin working on your project.
Once editing has started, cancellation is not possible.

For subscription plans:

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • Previous payments are not refundable

6. Delivery Policy (Digital Services)

All video editing services are delivered digitally.
Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • The plan selected

  • Length of your video

  • Complexity of the edit

Delivery is made through:

  • Google Drive

  • WeTransfer

  • Email download link

No physical shipping is involved.

7. Payment Policy

We accept payments through Razorpay.
All payments must be completed before service begins.
We do not accept cash or manual payments.

If a payment fails, the order will not be processed.

8. Support Policy

Support is available for issues related to:

  • Service delivery

  • Revision requests

  • Technical problems in delivered files

Support does not cover:

  • New editing requests

  • Additional project requirements

  • Files not provided initially

9. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree:

  • To provide correct and complete information

  • To submit video files that you own or have rights to use

  • Not to request content that violates copyright laws

  • Not to request illegal or harmful content

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete files sent by you.

10. Disclaimer

Our editing quality depends on the quality of footage provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for:

  • Low-quality source footage

  • Audio issues present in the original files

  • Missing clips or incomplete instructions

Every project is handled professionally, but results may vary based on source material.

11. Governing Law

All policies are governed according to the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
